Can anyone tell me the deadline for the signing of Jr. B. player cards for initial team rosters? Thanks!

I think you have to have the card signed and approved by the OHA before you can play a regular season game

Is there a date? Someone told me September 15th. Is that true?

below are excerpts from the OHA handbook..it does not directly answer your question, but it is all I see (P.S. for anybody else but the person who asked the question, it is dry and boring....)
The Implications of signing a Canadian Hockey Association Players Registration Card
a. In order to play on an O.H.A. team a player must sign a C.H.A. registration certificate which is registered by the O.H.A. office. b. Once registered as a member of a team, a player remains a member of that team until he becomes overage for junior hockey, or is released by that team. c. The release must be signed by the signing officers of his former team and registered with the O.H.A. office before the player is permitted to register with another team. Note: When transferring teams it is the responsibility of the Manager of the player’s new team to contact his former team to arrange for the player’s release. This is not the responsibility of the player’s parent.
DATES TO NOTE AND REMEMBER
December 1st
All Junior teams are provided with 30 player registration cards at the beginning of the season Each team must cut down their team roster to 25 cards on December 1st. This may be a combination of players or blank cards. Five cards must be returned to the O.H.A., they may be released, spoiled, or blank cards January 10th
All Junior "A" and "B" teams must cut down to 21 players All Junior "C" and "Junior Development teams" cut down to 23 players They must return four/two cards, a combination of released, spoiled or blank cards After this date an affiliated player may not play more than five games in a higher category without losing his eligibility for the lower category team A player released after this date may not register with another team in the current sea-son. January 25th
Final date to register import players February 10th
Final date for player registration (Note: player cannot be an import and must have been released by January 10th).

Thanks, but I believe it has changed for this year and Jr. B's can keep 23 players on their roster following January 10th. Knew about the other dates, so I guess what I'm hearing is that there isn't a date set by Golden Horseshoe Jr. B. to have initial rosters approved. Is that correct?
