Rick Miller let's in 4 weak goals and game is over.

Hawks dressed a lot more veteran's however, they look like their in very slow pre season mode. Most likely wondering why in the heck they are playing 5 games in 6 nights, with 2 weeks still to go before league opens.

Hawks look like they should be in the top 3. Still waiting for two top forwards who should be in camp by Saturday.

the final was guelph 6 hawks 4. Thorold had three regular forwards and three regular defense in the game. Rick miller did play goal for the second half and looked shakey allowing four goals in less than ten minutes. he sharpened up in the third. Thorold also had tow AP's from last year. if you take away the three soft goals miller let in it could have been thorolds game, none the less the hawks never gave up and made for a respectable finish. O'Boyle did a good job standing up for himself in the third, he took the fight three shots to one with the guelph player taking home the bleeding nose.
Thorold has a way of weeding out the kids who cant handle the pressure, five games in five nights solves a lot of decission making.

Brown is going to be in their top 3 D. For his first game he played OK. He makes good descisions with the puck and played well man to man down in his end zone.

Stuart, I do not believe will show any offensive production, however, he killed penalties and played strong.
