hubbert said, port was up 6 - 0 then wheatfield tied the game. Port beat them in OT. he says they have a good goalie, kid faced over 40 shots, thinks they will be competative. port had 6 or 7 vetrans in the lineup for the game

of course Hubbard said that they voted that team in, 6-0 to a tie that tells me either Port laid down or they stink

any team that would fall behind Port by a 6-0 score has to be weak. They will not compete with the better teams in the Shoe but they will compete with Fort Erie and Port. (Kind of looks good on the teams that voted them in.)

that was hubbert's radio face talking about wheatfield,his other face would make no comment...take hubbert with a grain of salt....you can beleive him when he is sleeping....

please, do not ever use the word love in the same sentence that has HUBBERT in it. there is nothing to love about this guy. Don Cherry will make you love him sooner or later,,but this will never happen with Hubbert......

at least Don Cherry knows something about hockey and has played the game at a high level. Does anyone know where Hubbard played hockey that makes him so smart? I'd be very interested to find out

Yes he played houseleague for Merriton.I guess he would be called a student of the game.I just don't like how he coaches though..The goon days are over ..Hack Whack and Tackle hockey is horrible to watch..And his look at me perfomance on the bench is crazy

I know Hubbard didn't play for the Knights. He only likes to make people think he did. Show me the archives with his name on the roster. He played house league in London. He is all show!

you dont have to be a good former player to be a good coach. just ask scotty bowman.gretszky was the best player ever. does that mean he is obviously going to be the best coach. i dont think so!!!!!

if you wanna really upset Hubert. lets all start saying nice things about him. do not feed his ego with slams, criticisms and disdain, he will not know how to handle it....oh yeah,,and his ex girlfriends never liked hockey anyway,,so they would not even know about this discussion forum....

hey this is a reply on comparing scotty bowman to hubbard. hahahaha what a joke! how many stanley cups has scotty bowman won, and how many sutherland cups has hubbard won? i guess its true that u dont need to play a high level of hockey to be a good coach but at least be invoved in it at a high competitive level somehow, (edited)
