Attention: Local Sports Report Users
The time has come for Jimmer to throw in the towel.
While I have enjoyed the range of topics and conversation we have shared over the years, I can no longer in good faith continue to post or remain part of the LSR community.
You see, I have nothing of value to share. My knowledge of the local sports community, the GHL and hockey in general is almost nothing. I am unable to evaluate talent of any type and my grasp of the game has escaped me. I am no longer worthy of your time.
You know me as "jim ralph", "ted", "offthecrossbar" and "kipper". But now I will take my spot as the silent spectator sitting quietly in the corner of the arena. Lonely. Ashamed. Bewildered. Stunned. Slightly intoxicated.
I leave you with "Top 10 Predictions" as my legacy. May it continue to be a beacon in an otherwise meaningless thread.
Mr. Cole, Stunned, HockeyGuy, Dave and Rob - you were my inspiration. Without you, there is no believing, no dreaming - no material. Never leave gentlemen, without you there will never be another "jimmer"......not even a "regdunlop" and that is a world no one should ever have to deal with.
With that I say "goodbye" as I start the process of deleting my account. Good-luck gentlemen. You have each other to depend on. Your expertise and knowledge will guide you into the future.
