Why is there no news coming out of Falcon land...No news on exibition games, players returning ..players signings, Do they think they are so popular they don't need press coverage..?

Most teams don't say much until closer to the start of the season. The Falcons had their rookie camp last weekend but I don't think training camp starts until Fri Aug 26.
However, these are the players that I have heard are confirmed for this season: Kelsey Blinkhorn Mike Chmielewski Mike Dahms Steven Wong Andrew Potter Joel Shaw Sean Hall Nick Petriello (Back from 2 years ago) Chris Stevenson (From Streetsville)
One good thing about this year is that the Falcons should have lots of scoring. Blinkhorn, Dahms, Chmielewski, Petriello and Stevenson all scored 20 or more goals last year. Having 5, 20+ goal scorers coming back to a team is pretty good. And guys like Potter, Kilcar (if he returns) and Karr (if he returns) should have much better years offensively than last year.
Does anyone know who else will be back?

Good to see the Falcons are loaded on the Front End.
Goaltending will be good until he get's worn out.
As for the the backend, this is where the Falcons will be exposed.
They are going to have to score a ton of goals to win against the top 2 teams.
And you know what wins Championships?.......................
Dfence!

Falls should be in top 3. Not too sure if they will win.
They need to get a hole new corps of Dman (which I heard they made an effort to get). 1 key Dman Canucks thought they had decided to not go to Niagara Falls.
They need some scoring up front. McSpadden is key, however after him their isn't too much.
It is going to be a 3 team race and way too early to predict who will finish where.

Anybody know how the Sailors look? I heard they has Ex-OHL'er Todd Griffith in the lineup Saturday night and he scored 3 goals.

word is a kid from grimsbys jr c team is going to come to the falls.. not sure how true it is or not though, and have no idea who the kid is. Falls should be in top 3. Not too sure if they will win. They need to get a hole new corps of Dman (which I heard they made an effort to get). 1 key Dman Canucks thought they had decided to not go to Niagara Falls. They need some scoring up front. I believe the Canucks and Falcons will battle it out for top spot. Thorold won't be far behind. The top three will only be seperated by 5 points.
Welland will be a distant 4th and probably Stoney Creek will finish in 5th place.
Not knowing what Wheatfield has makes it hard to predict where they'll finish, let's say 6th for this exercise.
Port takes 7th and poor old Fort Erie brings up the rear.
This is my predictions, this and a $1.15 will get you a coffee at Tim's

ive seen the kings play the past few seasons and johnston is a hard-working dedicated kid. plagued with the concussions last year, but will work his (edit) off i bet to get in there in nfalls Yes the falls signed Kyle Johnson he is an 86' and played for the peach kings last year, missed alot of the end of the season due to a concussion.
