One thing I would like to compliment the IceDogs on is their increasing variety of food items at the games. Since the season began, they have added pizza, jumbo soft pretzels, nachos and now have french fries. The staff is friendly and helpful and line-ups seem reasonable. However, the one thing that drives me crazy is that there are no price lists at any concession stands. Its impossible to figure out what you want since you do not even know what they have available. Over and over people approach the counter and have to ask a hundred questions, "do you guys sell this, do you have that, how much is that" etc. I have never seen any concession stand without a food listing with prices. I keep thinking maybe next game they will have something but they never do. Sometimes they have a typewritten paper attached to the counter listing the food, other times like last Thursdays game they have nothing. Why don't they go to a local print shop and get some proper signs printed up? They have those signs that say "Food" "Beer" "Line 1" and that is a great idea. But people also need to know what food they have and how much it costs. The IceDogs have done a great job adding new food items, now they just need to let people know that they have it instead of making people guess.

You must be joking. Have you even been to an IceDogs game. Everyone I have talked to are enjoying the games and think its great. Attendance is going up and the team is winning again. You seem to have a personal issue with the team which I don't think is allowed under the rules of this forum.

i notice today they a price list up at the Concessions stand i nice to see they added fries at the game. I see they had price lists in the upper lobby for the kiosks stands. However there was no price lists for the concession stands under section A. I don't understand why they would make up signs for the kiosks but not make up signs for the 3 main concession stands.

I was under section A asking how much a slice of pizza was. The people working there didn't even know. They had to check a cash register receipt to find out. Also, if you are new to the Jack under section A, try locating the womens washroom. Its tucked away in a corner with no signs directing location. A sign should stand out above the washroom door.

I also am very disappointed with the IceDogs in this area. I attend most games and I have no idea what they charge at the snack bars. I just order what I want and give them the money they ask for without having any way of checking if the amount is correct. I didn't even know they serve fries now. I asked at the beginning of the season and was told they didn't. Without signs, how will anyone know. I guess they just expect people to ask each game. I also agree they need better signs for the washrooms.

I think it's safe to say we have a pretty good owner and management team here in Niagara! Not to mention a pretty good team for our first year. I can't wait to watch this brand of hockey in a new state of the art arena down the road. ;D

New signs were also in place at the stands under section A. Two items missing from the signs was popcorn and large pretzels. I know earlier in the season the stands sold both these items but they were not on the board on Sunday. Hopefully they still have popcorn there as that is usually what I get. But the new signs do look great, very professional.

A quick question for Dogs attendees. How much is a pop, I assume it's a 571ml bottle? How much is a hot dog?
The reason I ask is I was at one of my Hamilton Bulldogs Fan Advisory Board meetings last night. The had a lady there from food services and she mentioned she check out prices in several of the nearby OHL arenas, she specifically mentioned Niagara.

I'm pretty sure a pop (571ml) is $2.00. A Hot Dog I believe is $2.50, but I could be wrong on that one.
