I'll be at the Merchant Ale House before and after the game on Friday, for some Old Time Hockey Ale and their award winning Old Time Hockey chili.

Whats wrong with fans sharing a location where we can meet before and after the game. Isn't that what the the internet is for... information. Being from the Falls, and not being knowledgable about the establishments downtown I might try the place out.

Pow Wow, Red Hot Chili Pepper, The Mansion House or Big Bucks are also not too far from the Arena but I don't know their specials. Of course the Queensway was always a fan favorite or Art's, not sure if there open these days. That post seemed like an ad the only thing was it didn't tell us the specials.

Well on the other icedogs message boards people are talking about where to meet/drink before and after the games. So i thought i would say where me and a bunch of other fans are going to be, which is the Merchant Ale House. Also I am a big fan of beer, and not just getting dunk, but I like a good tasting beer and (a) I think the Ale House has the best beer around. (b) it is not that far from the arena (c) there chilli is really really good, and hell it's called Old Time Hockey Chilli. It was not an add i do not work there, i just appreciate a fine tasting Ale/Beer/Drink whatever. And Arts is still open and I will probably be going there for sunday games.
