The IceDogs are having a black and white game on Thursday Aug 30 at 7:00. Is there an admission to the game. If you are a season ticket holder, is the game included? Also has anyone ever been to a black and white game? Is this worth going to. Do players hit and try or does everyone just go through the motions.

I don't think the game is included with season tix but I think the game is either free or perhaps a couple bucks with the money going to charity. I don't know what the intensity is like but being that it is the 1st chance to see our icedogs, I am going anyway.

I am also looking forward to this game. Its a good chance to look at some of the younger players who might not make the team this year but could make it next season. That is one nice difference from Jr. B. In Jr. B, its not about developing players, its about importing. At the OHL level, teams need to develop younger players since its difficult to just bring in experienced players since most of the top players are either already playing at the OHL level or are playing NCAA on a scholarship.

The training camp and black and white game are both scheduled to be at Gatecliff.

I'm going. Its free and I am pretty excited about having OHL hockey return. Hopefully, if they get a decent crowd, it will show the Newspapers that people are interested in this team and perhaps they will give the team more coverage.
