Has anyone else heard?
I heard from two different sources that the original deal that the Icedogs worked out with the Falcons to share facilities at the Jack Gatecliff was reneged by Burke.
The Icedogs were to guarantee advertising revenues and other associated costs in a deal made prior to City Council approving the Icedogs playing out of the "Jack".
My concern is St Catharines Council approved the IceDog deal contingent of a satisfactory arrangement between the two clubs. I also heard the Falcons are thoroughly P.....Off!
If what I heard is true, what happens now?
Also, I picked up on a OHL newscast that the OHL BOGs will be voting on the Icedog move the first week in June when the BOG meet.

I thought the BOG were to meet this weekend at the draft or via conference call.
Waiting another month for approval would be tough on ticket sales.
It seems very quiet in the paper and on the OHL board about the IceDogs the last little while, I hope that is not an indication of bad things happening.

Ok, lets say the league declines the deal what would happen then?
The IceDogs stay in Mississauga and St. Mike's return to downtown Toronto? St. Mike's stay in their new building and the IceDogs go to downtown Toronto?
I can't see that the league has any options except to allow the move to St. Kitts.

The only options they have are to move the Majors to the Hersey Center and the Icedogs move to the Jack or have both of them stay in there arenas for atleast 1 more season. The icedogs can't play in downtown toronto because i think the arena is attached to the college.
