Got a chance to see the teams new logo in the Standard yesterday. Since I REALLY liked the old one, it's going to take me a little while to warm up to it.
What does everyone else think of it?

Slamr, Is there any way you can post a picture of the new Logo, I'd be interested to see how it differs from last years.

Wow! From that picture it looks brutal. Should have stayed with the old one but doesn't really matter because the OHL is back!!!

I showed it to my son and he loves it. I think its more kid-friendly than the former logo.

I don't want to bash the new team, I'm behind it 100%. Having said that, I loved the old logo, I'm not a big fan of the new one. Maybe it looks great on a jersey. Everyone hated the Sabres logo until it was on a jersey.
I look at the logo and all I can think is, Spuds MacKenzie on ice.
Give it a year and if it doesn't work, revamp it.
On the plus side the first ever Mississauga IceDog logo was worse then this one.

I seen the new logo in the St. Catharines Standard yesterday and today, and I do not like it at all, ...The old logo was great, it was clean, sharp and tough looking.
The new logo looks like a softy, colouring book character.
Oh well, guess I'll have to get used to seeing it since I plan on being at all home games.

Well, I just saw the new Logo.
While I'm sorta happy for you that you got my Icedogs team, I really don't like the new logo, it doesn't look tough enough, sorry, but thats the way I feel.
Enjoy the season, you have a really good team.

I wonder how they plan to have center ice? Will they put just the Icedogs logo or will one side be icedogs and the other falcons?
