I got a few friends together....we each bought 1 season ticket.
Now we plan to have a draft.....We will spread the tickets out and each take turns picking 1 ticket. This way you can have 0 tickets to games you can't make, but you can have 1,2,3 or 4 tickets to any given game. If you plan on taking friends or family to a game then you have that ability. It's all up to you and how you pick your tickets.

Just walked over to their office and picked up 4 tickets. They already have over 40 orders, but have'nt calculated the number of tickets. Sales must be brisk: I was unable to get an aisle seat behind the bench and it's only been a matter of hours since they were available!

I am planning on buying my tickets tomorrow at their office. For those who have bought tickets, what does the season tickets include. e.g. preseason games, 2 playoff games, meet the players BBQ, etc. I saw their ad in the paper today. While I like the theme of the ads, I wish they gave us more information. They don't even list their website, only a phone number to call.

While I like the theme of the ads, I wish they gave us more information. They don't even list their website, only a phone number to call. I've got conflicting reports.......a friend called about season tickets and spoke to the GM. He said there are no redemption nights, there will be some functions with the players and that pre season games are included. I bought my tickets at 10a.m. and didn't even think to ask about incentives. I went to their office around 1p.m. and bought a hat (with that terrible logo). I asked what you get as a season ticket holder. The guy behind the counter said you get a reserved seat for every game, first right of refusal for playoff games and first right to renew for next year. He said there will be some functions exclusive to season ticket holders e.g. BBQ, and skate with the team. When I asked about the redemption night he also said there was nothing planned for that. I asked about the pre season games, he said that unfortunately they are NOT included. I was shocked to hear that.....I repeated back to him "they are not included?" Every team in every league I have ever heard of gives it's season ticket holders free exhibition games except the NFL. He repeated "unfortunately not". I would make sure you call before heading down to the office.....when I called them on Thursday to ask about season tickets, I also asked if they were open on Saturday. The answer was "no". I know they are rushing to get it all together in such a short time but it seems a little un-organized to me. From different people saying different things in terms of what you get, to not being open on Saturday (24 hours after you officially open), not having their website up running until 2 days after they said they would. I know it will all come together......today just left me saying huh are you sure? a couple times.

I called in the afternoon and was told they will be open 10-3 on Saturday. If I go there and they are not open I will not be happy.

I'm now a season ticket holder. My bank account may not be happy but I sure am. Can't wait for the season to start. Too bad we have to put up with summer first. ;D
