If you were not there you missed a beauty!!!!!!!!!!
A highlight reel goal with approx. 2 minutes left!!!!!!
Hubbs has to be very proud of his warriors tonight!!!!
With 10 minutes left the pinstriped Falcons started standing still---they could not handle the relentless waves of pressure that the Blackhawks kept throwing at them!!!!!
It finally paid off with Ryan Bellows going end to end and picking the upper right corner on a bewildered DeFazio------shot on this goalie and the second player in has gimmie goal!!! Rebounds Galore!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well done Hawks!!!!!

yeah they were dominant#$?@?? to win a game in the dying seconds, with best player on either team not playing a regular shift, wow. way to go hawks. as for the gesture williams made at the end of the game to the eight year old who was badgering him while he was serving a penalty, you are totally classless. i am so glad he isn't on the falcons. don't worry they called security over to the box to defend you against those nasty primary graders. and i especially like the cheap shots you take at players with their back turned, like leveille. i hope sheehan is okay by wednesday because nobody else on the falcons seems to want to pay the price with the odd exception. again the harder working team won but for the fourth time in the series the better team didn't. oh and daulton...boards...heard of them?

You need to learn more than proof reading.

Hey Seb, I hear your frustration with the Falcons-----for 2 periods they played well without Sheahan---
But in tonights game----I have very seldom seen Thorold throw waves and waves of forecheckers in like they tonight!!!!!!----
I do believe the Falcons were very confused and tired with the pressure----!!!!
They were staying still with 10 minutes left----it was confusion or simply out of gas---and maybe a little of both!!!!!
Mr. Jackson played a whale of game----but Thorold Waves after Waves after Waves had the Falcons a little SEASICK with fatique----!!!!!
Sebb, I know your feelings about the better team----but heart, will and a 7 round boxing match can separate the best from the determined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never mind hockeydoc, what about levitt, coates, torch, ammadio, paul, longland...seems to me that the present administration is making the best of things. but yeah, what could have been. it still may be, and should be. this team needs more doers and less followers.

pettione you are right, but if the falcons WANT TO is stronger than the hawks HAVE TO, they should win, the problem is they don't always want to.

You must admit Sebb that the WANT TO is much better under their new administration----I do believe under the previous admin---Thorold would have an easier time of it? !!!!!!

Just look at pointstreak, it says it all. Falcons are handed a two man advantage in a tie game with 8 minutes left. Who do you think controlled this game.

Probably the most evenly played game of this series despite the Hawks outshooting the Falcons. Both teams missed some glorious scoring opportunities, but Bellows made his count with a beautiful goal. Now its back to square one, a best-of-three series, where the first four games mean diddly squat. Still can't believe the home team has lost every game so far.

Hope Ward is all right!!!! Boy the Falcons don't like this kid, second year in a row the Falcons try to cut his season short. Last year Chummer took him out for half a year and tonight it looks like he's out for the remainder of the playoffs. Another bonus, incident happens at centre ice yet none of four game officials see what happened.

Another bonus, incident happens at centre ice yet none of four game officials see what happened. I don't think there was anything to see. From my vantage point, Ward threw the hit, fell, and the Falcons player fell on top of Wards leg awkwardly. I think if there was a call to be made, everyones pal Hubby would have blown a gasket. Any word on how his leg is?

Came down to special teams tonight... The falcons PP continues to look awful and thorolds PK is on fire.. yes the falcons PK is also doing its job but when u hav a 5-3 for like a minute and a half to put your team ahead.. u hav to atleast get some scoring chances.. it was actually embarassing that the blackhawks even took control of the play on the 5-3

hey seb - if you had been watching the arse chirping Williams it was the lumberjack in the stands that security was called over for - big man in the stands - put on some skates and see what you can do without glass between you and the players
have to change my nic to hawkfreak since St Kitts didnt think Williams was worth keeping - can't wait to see another GHL championship on Dan's resume but for the hawks instead of the Falcons

falconfreak there is one reason that the falcons have the players they have and one reason why the players they could have still had, left. as for williams, i saw him react to the eight year olds sitting next to the penalty box chirping at him and the announcement came over the p a for security to attend seconds after. the things i have seen him do in this series i NEVER saw him do as a falcon. he probably has every right to hold resentment towards the coach (not the present one i might add) for giving up on him, but just play the game. and that goes for the falcons too.

I have a problem and always have with people who pay $8 and think they can verbally rip on an 16-20 year old in public and if it was my child chirping at the players, He would get a close-up of my backhand. I don't begrudge players getting pissy about, they are taught to stand up for themselves, it is hard to turn that off.
