Firstly, congratulations to both teams for such a great show of sportsmanship and hard work!!!!!!!!

Secondly, it is super to see Rick Scarsella take hold of the nets for Thorold---another brilliant effort Rick----continued good fortune tomorrow night!!!!!!!

Thirdly, the super play of Mr. Sheahan keeps the Falcons competitive----he logged a least 30 minutes tonight finally being rewarded with a highlight reel goal----great work young man!!!!!!!!
Game three tomorrow will really check the amount of gas Riley still has in his tank??!!!!! He worked his butt off tonight!!!!!!!

Finally, a round of applause for the entire Thorold defensive effort tonight----forwards coming back and defence clearing the zone----we won more battles along the boards but these two teams will battle every night with results only going to the team that wants it the most!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone keeps telling me that St. Catharines has incredible players. I haven't seen anyone incredible yet or is it because we are that good that we shut down these incredible players. I think the Hawks have a lot better players than St. Catharines. We are back on track. Everyone wants to bash coach Hubbard, but he was on his game tonight. Way to go Rob! you made all the right moves tonight.

don't have to check the score I know st. kitts lost noone on here lol. Pettione good post there are some great players on both teams and fun to watch. I don't think home ice is an advantage to either one of these teams when they play each other, Falcons love the big ice surface and seems like Thorold more effective against them on small ice surface. Game 3 tomorrow people come out support your team gonna be a great series.

Tonight was a great effort by the blackhawks and the bloackhawks only... i dont no where the falcons were in the 1st and 2nd period but they def werent in GC arena! Great start to the 3rd period bu they shouldv had that intensty the whole game.. great Timeoutc call by he blackhawks... hubs could tell his team was gettin completely dominated and it was a great time to calm his team down before it got out of hand. Yes goaltending was he difference tonight... scars had a great game.. steele also made some great saves but let in a very weak second goal which really looked to kill the team. Tonight... if the falcons come ot playin like they did in the third.. they will win... if its like last night and they play fo 10 min... thorold will win! should b interesting
