Here's a quick update from the other two leagues as the Suthy Cup round robin is just over a week away.
After dropping the first game at home, Elmira grabbed the next two tilts & holds a 2-1 series lead heading into tonight's (Tuesday) game #4 in Cambridge in the Midwestern finals.
In the Western finals, Tecumseh also dropped the first game at home but has stormed back to grab a 3-1 series lead over London & can end the series Wednesday night at home.

Have fun driving to Tecumseh. That's gotta be about a 4 hr. drive from Thorold, maybe even longer.

Game #6 Saturday @ Cambridge
Game #7 Sunday @ Elmira, if needed
Give Cambridge credit. They're not giving up their chance to threepeat as Suth. champs without a fight.

charger - Just wondering what makes you think that the winner of the GHL should win the Suthy. Have you seen the other teams play. Just curious.

Well, Elmira won the Mid-West Championship tonight with a 6-1 win over Cambridge. So, now it's down to this series.
